Three main axes guide our development strategy:
- Production: Production of exhibitions within our managed venues or in third-party locations
- Design and realization: The realization and development of large-scale projects for our own account or for third parties
- Site management: The operation of permanent tourist and cultural sites and/or cultural programming within temporary spaces
Your role:
The Operations & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the operational coordination of projects in the Technical and Production department as well as the management of TEMPORA's general services. More specifically, he/she:
Your main tasks
Manages the follow-up of the Maintenance of the routes carried out by Tempora or under contract;
Carries out administrative coordination and supervision of the maintenance activities;
Organizes and ensures adherence to the intervention schedules of internal teams and external service providers.
Manages contacts with clients in the context of maintenance interventions;
Ensures the follow-up of billing and costs related to maintenance services;
Writes maintenance reports;
Supports the Operations and Purchasing Manager in logistical, administrative coordination and production follow-up;
Assists in the preparation, management, and administrative follow-up of purchase orders (materials and services) for in-house productions and client projects;
Ensures operational relay and daily follow-up of internal production teams while ensuring compliance with the overall schedule;
Coordinates the interventions of the workshop team and external service providers, from planning to on-site execution;
Participates in updating production schedules;
Centralizes the needs for materials and industrial means, and ensures the follow-up of stock management in collaboration with purchasing.
Ensures the follow-up and maintenance of the operational condition of Tempora's industrial means;
Tracks requests for tools and industrial means from the production department;
Ensures maintenance and inspections of industrial means;
Takes charge of the management of Facilities and Office Management of TEMPORA;
Ensures the day-to-day management and proper functioning of the offices (general services, supplies, reception);
Organizes internal events and responds to specific requests from project management;
Coordinates service providers related to buildings (cleaning, building maintenance, security);
Ensures a safe and ergonomic working environment for all employees;
Manages maintenance contracts and relationships with service providers related to the premises ;
Optimizes the workspace and anticipates layout needs.

Stability and commitment :
A permanent contract of 39 hours/week.
